Memory and notes
A coworker keeps everything it remembers in agents/<name>/ in its notes repo:
| File | What it holds |
|---|---|
AGENTS.md |
Its job description |
progress.md |
What it did and what is next |
memory/ |
One note per conversation, about what it learned |
activity-log.csv |
One row per task |
When a task ends, Droneship commits its progress and notes to the repo as <name> (droneship). The Notes tab shows them.
It can’t change its own job description. If it wants to, it opens a pull request on the repo, and a person approves it there. The Job description tab lists the changes waiting for review. You can edit the job description yourself on that tab: saving commits it to the repo as you.
Its notes are shared by all its conversations. Something said in one thread or direct message can show up in a later answer elsewhere, so don’t tell it what only one person should see.
